New Year, New You! Resolution #1: Cleaning and organizing my closet

Happy New Year!!! Now what? I don't know about you, but I constantly feel like I am running behind. Last year's unfinished 'Spring Cleaning' is suddenly upon me again. My biggest cleaning and organization issue is my closet. The problem? My 'wardrobe' has overflowed into other rooms. I'm blessed with a 4 bedroom ranch. What does this have to do with anything? Well, you know the large purse syndrome? The larger the purse the more you stuff into it and the harder it is to keep it all organized. Well, yeah, I'm doing that with my closets and rooms. I have taken over little corners here and there and taken up spaces in other areas of the house. I'm a 'mini fashion hoarder'. Now, I am not this huge fashion diva, but I have way too many shoes plus, I like to keep coordinates for every season. I'm going to have to suck it up and really get selective in the 'seasonal' department. I have a really hard time getting rid of clothes. I'm not sure if it is due to the initial expense, the potential color and texture need or the worn in (or out) comfort. And lets admit, I keep 1 - 3 sizes on hand, explanation not needed (ouch, that hurt to admit that). Ok, I'm rambling....hmmmmmm more like trying to convince myself that it is time to clean up my act. Maybe I should clean up my eating and stick to a smaller size. Heck! I could just donate all of it and start over with a smaller and cleaner me! Yes! Onward to resolution #2.....
